Pricing & Payment Info
Building Materials
4% Commission on all building material orders.
Every time you secure a winning bid for materials through BidM8, we charge a small, flat-rate commission. This allows you to increase your sales without upfront costs or hidden fees.
Equipment Rentals
10% Commission on all equipment rentals.
For equipment rentals, we charge a straightforward commission on successfully completed transactions. With BidM8, you gain access to a wider pool of local customers while maintaining control over your rental agreements and policies.
Pre-Qualified Customers
Pre-Qualified with a verified line of credit, or Ready to pay upfront for their orders. This ensures you work only with reliable customers, reducing payment risks and streamlining your transactions. For rentals, individual agreements may apply, and rental companies can decline customers outside the original rental window.
Payments to BidM8
We invoice your commissions twice a month:On the 15th and the last day of each month.
You’ll have 14 days to pay, with multiple convenient payment options:

How much does it cost to join BidM8?
There are no upfront costs to join BidM8. You only pay a commission on winning bids: 4% for building materials and 10% for equipment rentals.
How do I receive quote requests?
Once onboarded, you’ll receive notifications for quote requests from contractors in your area. You can respond directly through the platform to submit your bids.
What types of customers will I work with?
All customers we refer are pre-qualified with a line of credit or ready to pay upfront for their invoices. For equipment rentals, individual agreements may apply based on rental company policies.
When do I pay the commission?
We invoice commissions twice a month, on the 15th and last day. You have 14 days to settle the invoice via credit card, ETF, or cheque.
Can I decline a quote request?
Yes, you maintain full control over which quotes you choose to respond to. There’s no obligation to bid on every request you receive.

What happens if a rental customer doesn’t return equipment on time?
