BidM8 goes live across North America, expanding our reach to contractors and suppliers throughout Canada and the U.S., setting the stage for a vast and competitive supplier network.

Q2 2025 – Take-Off AI (Beta)

Launching our “Take-Off AI” beta, users can upload their construction drawings to automatically generate a material list, streamlining project planning and reducing time spent on manual calculations.

Q4 2025 – BuildM8 Partner Program Launch

BidM8 introduces BuildM8, a dedicated partner program for contractors. BuildM8 provides essential resources, including material usage guidelines, local building codes, and industry best practices, supporting contractors in project compliance and optimization.

December 1, 2024 BidM8 Launch: Material Purchasing & Equipment Rentals

BidM8 launches in Ontario, offering contractors and tradespeople an efficient platform for purchasing building materials and renting equipment, with local suppliers bidding to provide competitive prices.

Q1 2025 – AI Order Taking Integration

To enhance the purchasing experience, BidM8 introduces AI Order Taking, featuring a live chatbot for immediate support. Beta testing for SMS and voice-activated AI order processing begins, providing hands-free and fast order capabilities.

Q3 2025 – Live Equipment Auctions

Expanding beyond rentals, BidM8 introduces equipment purchasing with a live auction feature, allowing users to bid on high-demand equipment and secure the best prices from suppliers.
